INTELOOPING was founded in Kyiv as an independent think tank at the intersection of intelligence analysis, security advisory, risk research, investigations, law and technology.
That combination is deliberate. Understanding a complex environment requires more than one lens: legal structures explain how power is formalised, security explains how it is defended, technology explains how it now moves, and systems thinking explains how these interact.
